Zucchini and tomatoes

Zucchini and tomatoes are normally associated with summer, and as it is autumn, I was delighted to still find some summer delights at our local farmers’ market—perhaps they’re leftovers of summer’s bounty.  A lovely sautéed dish is what became of those beautiful vegetables (though, technically, the tomato is a fruit but that’s neither here nor there).
